2019 Directory of Services

The 2019 Directory of Services for Homeless Youth and Adults in LA County connects anyone in need to free supportive services available around the county. This countywide Directory is organized by region and offers detailed information about service providers offering food, shelter, dropin centers, legal support, jobs, education, hotlines, crisis support and healthcare. Hard copies are available in all LA City Libraries. The Directory is also available to use for free online on our website.

SurVibe Videos by Team WIN™

Team WIN™, OCLA’s youth outreach team, have drawn on their experiences to create a series of videos designed to help anyone who is struggling or homeless meet basic needs. Tackling challenges like how to obtain basic hygiene products, "shopping" in food pantries and thrift shops, and cooking nutritious meals using food obtained at a food pantry, obtaining a free "Obama" cell phone, and so much more, these videos are made for individuals and families who are struggling and do not know where to turn for help.
